You see, I’ve been a Chef in San Diego and beyond for years. I opened BO-beau kitchen + bar in Ocean Beach as Executive Chef in 2010, and 100 Wines in Hillcrest in 2012. I then went on to open BO-beau kitchen and Roof tap in Long Beach in 2014 as Executive Chef.

Before that, I studied at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris France, in New York at WD-50 under Wylie Dufresne, and in Yountville, CA under Thomas Keller at the renowned French Laundry.


If you havent eaten my food, you may have seen me on your TV! I competed and won Guys Grocery Games on the Food Network in 2014, and competed against Bobby Flay on Beat Bobby Flay on the food network just a few months later!


So, I’ve been around a bit! But one of my all time favorite places to cook was…yep…you guessed it…right here in San Diego. I love meeting new people, and sharing just how SIMPLE and WONDERFUL cooking can be!


Anytime I get the honor to cook in front of a group of people like you, they hold special place in my heart, because you and I, we like the same things.

It’ll take you to this page next. Fill out the basic info, and select your default meal plan.

“What’s a default meal plan?”

A default meal plan is your general preference of food. If you forget to customize your recipes one week, we will still be able to send you recipes that align with your desired food preferences. For example, if you prefer to eat Gluten Free, you can select the Gluten Free option, and we will know to send you those specific recipes. Don’t worry, you can change your default plan at any time!

The next page you’ll see is the billing and shipping info. There are a few things to note here:

  1. If you prefer to upgrade to our family plan (4 portions per recipe) click the link at the very top of the page to select the family plan
  2. If you prefer to sign up with a monthly subscription (recommended) click the link at the very top of the page to select the monthly subscription.

Then select “Place Order”

Step 4:

From there, you will be redirected to choose your 3 custom meal selections for delivery. We will follow up with an email about your members area log in info, delivery times, and more!

What’s next?

So there you have it! How simple is that? The best part is for every meal kit purchased, we donate 4 meals to community members in need through Feeding America San Diego! We are on a serious mission this year to donate 20,000 meals, and I hope you will consider joining us in our efforts. Each month we update how many meals we were able to donate. I’m happy to say that as of August 2016, we have surpassed 7,000 meals donated!
